Cost Estimate

Every project needs an accurate budget. Regardless of the size or scope of the project, a valid cost estimate can successfully establish an accurate project budget from an early stage and allow your organization to appropriately
benchmark that budget throughout the course of a project. In order to be sure your estimate is valid, the estimator must have an understanding of multiple aspects of the specific job that will impact its cost. These aspects include but are not limited to labor, materials, location, schedule, and site conditions.


While the design is completed by the architect and engineer on board, the Project Manager will coordinate and participate in all meetings to ensure that the design team is on board with the client’s vision and needs (and schedule and budget).


Throughout construction, the real estate project management team will closely monitor all construction activities. This includes weekly job site meetings, monitoring change orders, and tracking project progress against schedule, budget, and construction documents.

Major Project Value Assurance

Conduct an objective review of a project before financing or contracting, identifying the major value drivers and risks and arming the development team with the tools and insights to deliver.


The close out includes developing a punch list and overseeing the progress of that list. Finally, a strong real estate project management team will deliver all project documents- warranties, invoices, contract records, etc. The final product (project, house, building) is delivered on time to client in an organized fashion.
